The “Sidecar” is by far my favourite cocktail. The combination of strong spirits and the sour taste of fresh lemon juice is just what I like in a drink. There are many recipes for it out there, each claiming to be the one and only original, but this one is just the ratio I like best.
Ingredients:
4 cl Cognac
2 cl Grand Marnier
2 cl fresh Lemon Juice
Mix all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake, strain and serve in a cocktail glass, garnished with some lemon peel.
